1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gv44 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, services, and content made available by gv44 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gv44 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds promotions, tournament prizes, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered members. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gv44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of any pending bets or winnings, and the recovery of any funds associated with the prohibited conduct:

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
